My name is Lindsay Dickinson and I am a former Division ! collegiate athlete and a lifetime lover of fitness and food! As someone who is allergic to tree nuts, peanuts, soy, stone fruits, and gluten, I often found it difficult to find healthy options that were both nutritious and enabled me to perform at the highest level as an athlete. At the beginning of my collegiate career, I discovered that creating my own recipes was a rewarding experience that allowed me to eat clean, maintain my fitness, and feel less hangry! From packing my own travel snacks, to creating my own game day meals, to experimenting with recipes at home, I am so excited to show how allergy friendly food can still be super yummy!
